Prominent African Democratic Congress (ADC) stalwart and one of the House of Representatives aspirant for the Gumel, Maigatari, Gagarawa and Sule Tankarkar Federal Constituency, Colonel Babandi Abdullahi Mago (Rtd), has intensified grassroots consultations and stakeholder engagements across communities in Maigatari Local Government Area.

During the outreach tour, Colonel Mago underscored the imperative of party cohesion, loyalty, and collective resolve in consolidating ADC’s political fortunes ahead of the 2027 general elections.

The ADC chieftain, a committed ally of the party’s governorship flag bearer, Senator Sabo Mohammed Nakudu, reaffirmed his commitment to expanding grassroots support for the Nakudu project and strengthening the party’s structures across the constituency.

Accompanied by party leaders and supporters, Mago visited Galadi, Dankumbo, Fulata, Madana, Kuka Yasku, Jajeri and Turbus, where he engaged party faithful and community stakeholders.

He commended ADC members statewide for the confidence reposed in Senator Nakudu through his emergence as the party’s governorship candidate and urged members to remain united and steadfast in delivering victory for the ADC in 2027.

According to him, sustained grassroots mobilisation, internal unity, and strategic engagement remain the bedrock of the party’s success in the forthcoming elections.
