British broadcaster, Piers Morgan, has defended Portugal captain, Cristiano Ronaldo while naming Bruno Fernandes as the player who had a bad game against DR Congo in the World Cup.
Morgan believes Fernandes had a subpar performance compared to Ronaldo as Portugal recently drew 1-1 with DR Congo in their World Cup opener.
According to him, the Manchester United midfielder barely had a good kick during the encounter against DR Congo.
Ronaldo, playing as a no. 9 rather than a flying winger. He needs the service from the team, but he did not get the service.”
