The Director General, National Orientation Agency, Mallam Lanre Issa-Onilu, Wednesday was positive that those who opposed the new national anthem will soon join in singing it.
Issa-Onilu also said that the agency will soon be calling for entry for the production of the authentic melody for the anthem.
The NOA boss who addressed the press on Wednesday said the current national pledge remains valid.
He also debunked the report making the rounds on social media that the federal government allocated over N800 billion for the campaign for the new national anthem.
He said no allocation has been set aside for the campaign as rumoured in the social media.
