The Federal government has been sued by six states of the Federation to determine whether the Independent National Electoral commission followed it’s guide lines in the presidential election held on Saturday 25th February.
Adamawa, Akwa Ibom, Bayelsa, Delta , Edo and Sokoto state are the states that has sued the federal government.
The attorney general of the states served the Attorney general it’s court papers in the early hours of Friday challenging the electoral process of the just concluded election that saw the All Progressive Congress candidate declared winner.
