AtikuGate : After 72hr Ultimatum, Keyamo Sues Atiku to court.

The Minister of State for Labour and Employment, Festus Keyamo (SAN) has headed to the Federal High court.

Kenyamo want the court to compel ultimatum to the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), Independent Corrupt Practices and other Related Offenses Commission (ICPC) and Code of Conduct Bureau (CCB) to charge PDP Presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar for money laundering.

Festus Keyamo (SAN), had earlier issued a 72-hour ultimatum to the anti-graft agencies to arrest the former Vice President.

Keyamo who is the Director of Public Affairs of the APC Presidential Campaign Council in a letter dated January 16, signed by him, said Atiku should be arrested, interrogated and prosecuted for alleged money laundering.

Following the expiration of the 72 hour ultimatum , the minister has gone to court.

He made this known via his Twitter handle:

“Following the expiration of my 72-hour ultimatum,
I have proceeded to the Federal High court Abuja suing Atiku, CCB, ICPC & EFCC and asking for invitation/arrest and investigation of Atiku over the SPV saga”

“I have a rich history of such battles and I am not stopping “
