The Gombe State Police Command has placed a restriction on movement between the hours of 12am to 5am beginning from Friday 7th February, 2025.
This followed intelligence reports emanating from the Command which point to rising threats to safety and security of the citizens in the State.
The Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO), DSP Buhari Abdullahi, issued the restriction order on behalf of the Commissioner of Police, Bello Yahaya, in a statement made available to newsmen.
The statement added that the Command prioritise the safety and security of the citizens and urged members of the Public to cooperate with the Police in making the State a safe place to thrive.
The Command also advised Parents/Guardians to Caution their wards, as Police will not tolerate any form of violations of the restriction.
