The Bureau of Public Service Reforms (BPSR) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Niche Customer Experience Consulting Firm to jointly launch the Nigerian National Public Service Experience Conference in 2025.
The Director-General, BPSR, Mr Dasuki Arabi, said that the public-private-partnership aims to transform public service delivery by integrating private sector innovation and customer-centric practices.
“Today’s signing of the MoU with Niche Customer Experience Consulting Firm is a testament to what is possible when we work together.
“It is a step towards building a public service that is highly functional, professional, customer-focused and results-oriented, as envisioned in our mission.
“The private sector has long demonstrated its capacity for innovation, customer focus and efficiency, and it is time for us in the public sector to leverage these strengths through this collaboration.
“We will learn from each other, share resources, and build a public service that truly meets the needs of all Nigerians.”
Ms Debbie Akwara, founder of the firm, emphasised the need for a people-centric public service in Nigeria.
She added that the partnership between her firm and BPSR aims to launch the forthcoming conference, fostering on innovation and excellence in public service delivery.
