395 stranded Nigerians arrive Abuja from Saudi

The Nigerians In Diaspora Commission has announced the arrival of 395 Nigerians who were stranded in Saudi Arabia.

NIDCOM said the returnees arrived at the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, Abuja via Saudi Air Flight SV3401 on Tuesday, March 30, 2021.

The returnees join the 255 who returned yesterday bringing the total number of returnees to 650.

According to NIDCOM, “Arrival for the third batch is expected before the end of the week.

“The returnees shall proceed on quarantine at the Federal Capital Territory Hajj camp in line with the COVID-19 protocols by the Presidential Task Force on Covid-19.”

NewsSpecng had reported that over 1000 Nigerians stranded in Saudi Arabia were evacuated back to Nigeria in different batches.
