A few hours after recorder holder , Hilda Baci was presented with her award of the longest cooking marathon by GWR, Chef Dammy from Ekiti State, also known as Damilola Adeparusi, has accomplished the 120-hour milestone in the current cook-a-thon.
Chef Dammy is only 26 years old and has a deep passion for her ambition.
On Tuesday, she had already cooked for 111 hours in Oye Local Government Area in Ekiti.
Despite criticism from several Nigerians, she stayed focused on her ambition and has gotten support from some sections of the public.
Just on Tuesday she was visited by the Vice Chancellor and management of the Federal University Oye-Ekiti.
As it stands, if confirmed by the GWR, Chef Dammy will become the new world record holder.
