The federal high court sitting in Kano has today nullified the candidature of Alex Otti in the Abia state gubernatorial election.
Alex Otti was the gubernatorial candidate of the Labour Party in the recently concluded elections in Abia state.
Otti was declared winner of the elections and is currently preparing to be sworn in on the 29th May 2023.
However , Justice M N Yunusa nullified the candidacy of Alex Otti and also nullified the candidature of all the labour party candidates in Abia and Kano state
