The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has been adviced to concentrate on how best to redeem its battered image, rather than poking its nose in the affiars of the ruling All Progressive Congress (APC).
The opposition party, PDP had criticised the APC nationwide revalidation exercise calling it a jamboree and wast of time
But APCNewsOnline childed the opposition party saying its criticism were chidish and ridiculous.
The Online in a statement signed by its Managing Director, Dr. Tom Ohikere, on Sunday said the opposition party ought to applaud the ruling party for the seriousness attached to the membership drive exercise rather than looking for faults.
The statement reads, “APCNewsOnline has noted that the opposition Peoples Democratic Party, PDP has carried its criticism of the revalidation and membership registration of the All Progressives Congress to a childish and ridiculous level.
“PDP instead of doing its best to redeem its battered image, is now sitting on a hill with binoculars glued to its eyes, watching and praying for the Buhari Administration to make mistakes? How ridiculous!
“This is a party that should be applauding the APC for taking membership registration issues seriously, and wondering why more governors were not involved in the event that took place on Saturday in Daura.
“Truly, there should be Anger, but only because as few as10 APC governors accompanied President Muhammadu Buhari to Daura for such a fundamental and symbolic democratic event.
“We have said earlier that PDP is fidgety and jittery over this exercise, knowing that it as been totally rejected by the Nigerian people over its profligate nature and thieving tendencies.
“It is preposterous, that seemingly respectable organisation and people, could find time to support this disgraced party in its childish and ridiculous fault -finding, rather than find a cleansing formula for all its lewd and odoriferous deeds.
“Let it be known today, that democracy is the government of the people, by the people and for the people. APC can never take the Nigerian people for granted as the PDP has done, or continues to do.”
