Actress-turned-politician Tonto Dikeh has revealed how toxic people scheme against their victims to eventually gain control of their minds.

Dikeh explained these individuals are excellent at playing mind games which they utilise in gaining absolute control of their victims.

She said they over time make their victims start questioning their own reactions as being responsible for their plight rather than the abuse they’re being subjected to.

“Toxic People condition you to believe the problem is not the abuse itself, but instead your reactions to their abuse,” she wrote.
