The Nigerian Communications Commission(NCC) will be attending the International Regulator’s Forum & Annual Conference hosted by Bundesnetzagentur (BNetzA).
The conference which is part of the International Institute of Communications(IIC’s) annual Communications Policy and Regulation Week will be done virtually on October 4th-7th, 2021.
Attendants include; Independent telecommunications regulatory authority and her peers from Africa.
Keynote sessions will focus on how the telco, media and tech(TMT) sectors have pivoted over the last 18 months, what form their transition is taking, and what they hope for from regulators and policy makers to enable positive outcomes for all.
The Executive Vice Chairman and Chief Executive Officer(EVC/CEO) of NCC, Professor Umar Garba Danbatta and other regulatory authority leaders are expected to speak on the steps they are taking with cross-sector cooperation to meet the challenges of the digital world.
Focused panel discussions with sector experts will tackle the IIC’s key themes:
