The National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Prof. Nentawe Goshwe Yilwatda, will serve as the Chairman of the Governing Council of the Party’s policy think tank, NewsSpecng learnt.
Yilwatda on Monday, inaugurated the Governing Council of the Progressive Institute (TPI) at the Party’s National Secretariat in Abuja, following the Institute’s formal unveiling in September 2024.
The Institute is expected to drive policy research and publications.
Besides, the Institute is charged with organising national and international conferences, seminars, and training programmes
• Build leadership and institutional capacity within the Party
• Strengthen ideology, governance standards, and democratic culture
• Serve as the institutional memory of the APC
