Ambassador Ahmed underscored Nigeria’s commitment to fostering mutually beneficial partnerships anchored on mutual respect, equality, and shared values, noting that enhanced cooperation with the Netherlands would contribute significantly to national development goals and regional stability.

He emphasized Nigeria’s interest in leveraging Dutch expertise, particularly in agriculture, water management, and renewable energy, to support sustainable growth and economic diversification.

Mr. Zimmerman, reaffirmed the Netherlands’ dedication to a strong and forward-looking partnership with Nigeria, describing the country as a strategic partner in Africa.
