The Chairman/CEO of the Nigerians in Diaspora Commission (NiDCOM), Hon. Abike Dabiri-Erewa, has hailed the achievement of history making 18-year-old Nigerian student, Abiola Abidoye, who recorded the highest A-Level result in Law in the United Kingdom.

In a statement issued by NiDCOM’s Head of Media, Public Relations and Protocol, Mr. Abdur-Rahman Balogun, Dabiri-Erewa described Abidoye’s feat as an “outstanding demonstration of brilliance and perseverance,” stressing that the achievement not only honors his family but also brings global recognition to Nigeria.

According to her, Abidoye’s exceptional result exemplifies the talent and potential of young Nigerians in the diaspora, and should serve as inspiration for other youths striving for academic excellence.

“Abiola Abidoye’s academic achievement is a source of immense pride to Nigeria and the diaspora. His dedication, resilience, and passion for learning should inspire young Nigerians everywhere to pursue excellence,” Dabiri-Erewa stated.
