The Dean of Students’ Affairs at Nasarawa State University, Keffi (NSUK), Dr. Yahaya Mohammed, has announced a new procedure for the payment and collection of clearance and biodata forms for final-year students.
In a statement addressed to the students, Dr. Mohammed explained that beginning with the current graduating set, the forms will be paid for, downloaded, and filled online. He noted that the previous method — involving payments at NSUK Microfinance Bank, exchanging bank tellers for receipts, and collecting forms from the Dean’s office — will no longer apply.
According to him, the innovation aims to minimize challenges faced by prospective corps members during NYSC mobilization. He advised students to avoid making any payments to the NSUK Microfinance Bank for the forms, warning that such payments would result in loss of funds with no refund.
The portal for the online process is expected to be ready next week, after which students can make payments and access the forms. Dr. Mohammed wished the students success in their remaining examinations.
