The Executive Governor of Nasarawa state, Engr. Abdullahi A Sule has approved the establishment of a Military Super-Camp in Katakpa area of Toto LGA of the state.
The executive chairman of Toto LGA, Hon. Pharm Ahmed Baba Yahaya interfaced with Katakpa community and assured them of his readiness for peace in the area and Toto LG by extension.
Pharm Ahmed Baba Yahaya said the establishment of the camp will create military presence in the area thereby putting an end to crises that had hitherto bedeviled the area.
While addressing the community members, he said the Military Super-Camp will bring about much desire solution to peace-building process of his administration.
He enjoined them to embraces one and other and be tolerance for peace to reign for the betterment of the area.
He equally promised to provides additional two (2) motorize boreholes to the area as part of his efforts to ease economic problems in the area.
