The National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Abdullahi Ganduaje has resigned from his position.
A former Governor of Kano State, Ganduje, cited health reasons for his decision, stating that he needs to focus on his well-being.
As at the time of filing this report, the APC has yet to issue an official statement on his resignation.
This unfolding drama in the ruling party may not be unconnected with tye latest agitation for the replacement of the Vice President as President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s running mate in the 2027 presidential race.
