The Delta State Police command under its ‘Eagle-Net Surveillance Team’ stationed at Ughelli North LGA, while on routine stop and search duty along Otokutu Bridge, Warri on the 18th of June intercepted a black Toyota Corolla car with registration number RSH 90 RC driven by one Telvin Richmond m’, aged 27 years of Opete by Otokutu and one Frank Obiorah m’, aged 26 years of the same address on allegation of kidnapping and cybercrime.

According to SP. BRIGHT EDAFE, Delta State Police Command Public Relations officer, the Special Anti-Kidnapping and Cybercrime Squad obtained a search warrant and stormed the suspect’s residence at Ibusa.

When the search of the premises of the suspect was carried out , two automatic pump-action guns and one cutlass were recovered hidden inside the ceiling of the suspects.

The suspect and exhibits are in custody as the investigation is ongoing and would be charged to court after completion of investigation.
