Former Comptroller-General of the Nigerian Immigration Service, David Shikfu Parradang, has been killed by kidnappers after being abducted in Abuja last night.
Though the news surrounding his kidnap and death is still sketchy.
A source in the NIS who verified the incident said the entire service is in mourning.
Some of the officers screamed upon hearing the news.
“ The incident became the talk at 1.30pm on Tuesday when the news of the incident filtered in.
A senior officer was heard saying “it is sad to hear that our Brother David Parradang was shot and killed yesterday. May his gentle soul rest in peace.”
CG David Parradang spent over 30 years in public service at the Nigerian Immigration Service having worked across the country in Kano, Lagos, Kwara, Enugu and the Federal Capital Territory.
