Tricyle operators from Enerhen Junction to Petroleum Training Institute (PTI) in Warri went on strike as a result of the fuel cost hike.
Commuters were all trekking as there were no tricycle seen on the road because the operators have vowed not to buy fuel for 1200 for a litre.
Cost of transportation has risen in Warri as a result of the fuel price hike.
Enerhen junction to PTI junction which use to be btween 250 to 300 naira is now 500 to 600 naira that is a hundred percent hike.
It is not only peculiar to that route as the same applies from Refinery ( shogolo), to Enerhen junction as well as Express to Ubeji / Jaddo/Egbokodo Itsekiri.
