The police in Kano has arrested one of the people behind the spread of the Russian flag in the ancient city of Kano, North West Nigeria.
Some Protesters of the #EndBadGovernance were seen waving Russian flags in Kano during the protest last week.
The police in Kano in a cracked down arrested a tailor, including some of the youths using the flag to protest.
The tailor, simply identified as Ahmed, was said to have some Russian flags at the time of his arrest.
He has since been taken into custody for interrogation.
