The Bauchi State government has postponed the 10th North East Governors’ Forum Meeting (NEGF) and the 15th North East Joint Domestic Trade Fair, scheduled for the 4th- 6th May, 2024
This was announced in a statement by Mukhtar Mohammed Gidado Special Adviser Media and Publicity to the Governor
According to him also postponed are the twin event of the Ground Breaking Ceremony of the Novel Bauchi flyover and Launching of the Accelerated Senior Secondary School Education Programme originally scheduled for the same period.
The statement further reads” this development is as a result of a number of unavoidable circumstances beyond control. It has therefore become necessary to reschedule these important events to ensure the smooth and successful execution of each of the event.
The State government understands the inconvenience this may cause, and sincerely apologizes for any disruptions to plans.
The organizers are working diligently to finalize new dates for these events, which will be communicated to the public in due course.
