Health: NAS Embarks On Medical Sensitization

National Association of Seadogs ( NAS) also known as Pyrates Confraternity has embarked on its free medical mission .

The NAS of the Excravos Deck at the weekend took their medical sensitization/courtesy visit to Orere-Uluba Community in Warri South LGA of Delta State.

The free medical mission sensitization visit is in preparation for their formal visit to execute free medical Services to the Riverine Communities in that axis of Delta State.

Led by Engr. Edema Bawo of Escravos Deck, the team made up of deck officers, elders of the association, a Medical Doctor told the community indigenes that by 23rd January 2024, a powerful team of Medical personnel and other ancillary health Care providers would visit the community to render free medical Services.

According to them they would be providing gree eye test/ reading glasses, prostrate cancer screening & medication, malaria test & treatment, free drugs, distribution of insecticidal treated nets, as well as lecture/medical advice and many more in fulfilment of one their cardinal service to humanity.

Engr. Edema Bawo charged the Orere community leadership to spread the gospel of the free medical outreach to all the neighboring communities inclusive of Egborode in Okpe LGA and Omadino in Warri South LGA noting that nobody is going to pay a dime for the free services and where cases are severe they would be refered to the appropriate hospital for further attention.

The Free Medical Mission of thefollows the just concluded Ubogu Free Medical Mission jointly carried out by all the Decks in Delta State.

The proposed medical Mission will be witnessed & flagged off by the National Leader of NAS, Mr. Abiola Owoaje and Delta Regional coordinator of the Association, Barr. Misan Ukubeyinje Esq. respectively.
