The Rivers State House of Assembly has declared the seats of the PDP members who defected to APC vacant .
At its sitting on Wednesday the speaker of the house Hon Edison Ehie declared their seat vacant and ask INEC to conduct fresh election to fill the vacancy.
The pro Wike members are 25 not 27 as was reported and a High Court has restrained Hon Martins Anaewhule and Dumie Mao from parading themselves as Speaker and Deputy Speakers respectively .
Furthermore the House of Assembly Complex at Moscow Road has been demolished for reconstruction following the fire incident that engulfed the complex recently.
Also the House of Assembly Complex roof is leaking and was not attended to by the former regime.
