The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has ended the final collation of gubernatorial election results in Imo State, NewsSpecng has learnt.
Though the final result was yet to.be announced, the incumbent governor, Senator Hope Uzodimma however I coasting home as he has won in all the 27 local government areas with a landslide.
The returning officer for Imo State and vice-chancellor of Federal University Oye Ekiti, Ekiti State, Abayomi Fasina announced the end of collation at the INEC’s state collation centre, in Owerri.
He also announced a one-hour break to enable him return and announce the results and declare the winner.
