Fmr. Nigeria Senate President Bukola Saraki has advocated for entrepreneurial skills for women.
This, the former Number three citizen said will help eliminate Female gender poverty in the country.
Saraki said effective and efficient women empowerment will bridge the gap between the male and female poverty ratio that is in favour to the former than the latter.
The former Senate President who was represented at an event by fatimah malofachi, a director at ABS foundation disclosed this in Ilorin the Kwara state capital during an entrepreneurial skills acquisition training for women in Kwara state.
The selected participants are expected to be mentored and encouraged to leverage on effective use of technology and networking to give their businesses global lift for more patronage.
He promised to always provide conducive environment for women upliftment as they are the beacons of an average home.
