Former President Muhammadu Buhari amd his former vice, Prof. Yemi Osinbajo were conspicuously l absent at the Thursday All Progressives Congress caucus and National Executive Council meeting.
Though, Buhari gave an explanation for his inability to be present at the meetings but no words from his vice.
The former president in a statement issued by his former media aide, Garba Shehu on Thursday, indicated that he was unable to attend due to commitments earlier made.
His absence and that of former vice president , Yemi Osinbajo sparked a lot of rumors saying they were unhappy with how the party is run and that their absence was intentional.
The former President used the opportunity to express his support and commitment to the party, at the same time wishing it a good meeting, as the leaders take decisions on issues of importance to the party and the nation.
