A First Class honours graduate from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology, Michael Kibet, allegedly took his own life after failing to secure employment.
The 26-year-old had been searching for job opportunities after completing his studies in ICT and Telecommunication.
Kibet had also achieved an A plain in Meteitei Boys High School in Tinderet Nandi.
Area Chief David Rugut confirmed the incident on June 7th, 2023, stating that the frustrated student hanged himself outside his brother’s house in Lessos.
The family is grieving the loss of a bright student and dependable professional in the whole of Chepsangor.
