Fortunes seems to be smiling on Transcorp Group, as it becomes the new owner of Abuja Electricity Distribution Company (AEDC).
Vice President Yemi Osinbajo, announced this while speaking in Port Harcourt., Rivers State.
The National Council on Privatisation (NCP), Osinbajo said, has given its blessing for the change of ownership.
Osinbajo, commissioned the 240MW Afam Three Fast Power Plant ongoing in Port Harcourt.
