The people in South Eastern part of the country may have resorted to door to door distribution of PVCs.
This, NewsSpecng learnt are part of the efforts to ensure that no eligible voter is left out of voting in the general elections.
Though the name of the particular state in the South East was not mentioned in the about three minutes video which has gone viral. A man was however spotted at different homes, work places and business places distributing voter cards.
The jubilating residents were over joyed by the gesture.
They blamed the stress involved in the collection process for their delay in going to designated centres for collection.
When asked how they felt , one of the recipients filled with joy said she never expected her voter’s card to get to her.
Another recipient when asked why he had not gone to pick his card said he had gone to the Local government office severally to get his card all to no avail.
Another said he was still thinking of when to go and pick his PVC.But was glad it was brought to him
Another woman as seen in the video said they were told not to bother coming and that it will be brought to them in their houses
