No fewer than three persons have been reportedly killed in the explosion that rocked Kogi state.
Meanwhile, President Muhammadu Buhari is expected to visit the state as part of his farewell programme, as he is billed to step down in the next few months as Nigeria goes to the polls in February 2023.
The Thursday morning blast occurred at the Oyinoyi’s Palace in the Okenne Local Government Area of the state.
It was learnt that police operatives of the Anti-Bomb Unit have arrived at the scene of the incident.
No official details yet from the authorities at the time of filing the report.
