Lagos State on Friday joined Rivers in passing into law State Value Added Tax (VAT) Bill.
The state House of Assembly had on Thursday pass the bill and thereafter transmitted it to the governor, Mr. Babajide Sanwo-Olu for presenting.
The bill was passed alongside the anti-open grazing bill.
The Governor signed the “bill for a law to impose and charge VAT on certain goods and services” after returning from an official trip to Abuja .
