She urged women to have confidence in themselves and continue to be agents of change not because they are women but because they are capable.
She said, “when men are saying fire for fire, the women are saying water for fire”.
In the same vein, Mrs Adegbite, stressed that the Association is keenly interested in ensuring that women in public and private sectors are adequately cared for, empowered and their skills and competences escalated.
She further added that the association is taking statistics of both in the private and public sectors.
The discussion also centred on the need for more women to get involved in politics and other sectors.
