With the second wave of Covid-19 pandemic ravaging countries all over the world, the General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, Pastor E. A. Adeboye has urged christians to much more abide to the Covid-19 protocols to reduce the spread.
He also told them not to be fearful in times like this as fear can lead to their death instead of the pandemic.
While speaking during the Annual church thanksgiving year 2021, Adeboye said “when the government authorities says wear your mask, wear your mask. When they ask you to wash your hands, wash your hands. You know we are particular about hygiene anyway.
“When they say social distancing, do that as much as possible”, he said.
He also commended the government authorities for trying their best in curtailing the pandemic.
“The government officials are doing a very good job, doing their best. They are doing their best humanly speaking, to protect us.”
